Busy Bee In-Home Tech Help is committed to providing high-quality, professional technology support services. Because our services involve time, labor, and expertise, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been performed.

Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern, which may include additional troubleshooting or follow-up visits when applicable.

Our In-Home Tech Visit includes up to two follow-up visits within 30 days for the same issue and same address.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • In-home visits

  • Emergency or same-day service fees

  • Completed training or lessons

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Busy Bee In-Home Tech Help.

Third-Party Products & Services

We are not responsible for refunds related to third-party software, hardware, subscriptions, or services purchased by the customer.
