Services

Busy Bee In-Home Tech Help provides in-home and remote technology support services, including troubleshooting, setup, training, and device optimization. While we strive to resolve issues efficiently, we do not guarantee that all problems can be permanently fixed, especially when caused by hardware failure, software limitations, or third-party services.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance online, by phone, or by text message. Emergency or same-day appointments are subject to availability and may include an additional emergency service fee.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and service details.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is disclosed on our website and may change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

In-Home Tech Visits include up to two follow-up visits within 30 days for the same issue and same address.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds

Due to the nature of services provided, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us so we may attempt to resolve the issue.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location

  • Back up important data prior to service when possible

  • Disclose known issues or previous repair attempts

Busy Bee In-Home Tech Help is not responsible for data loss.

Limitation of Liability

Busy Bee In-Home Tech Help shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

Third-Party Products & Services

We may assist with products or services provided by third parties (internet providers, software companies, hardware manufacturers). We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or availability of third-party services.
